The Parthenon is the student newspaper of Marshall University based in Huntington, West Virginia. The paper began publication in 1898. It is published in color on a nearly daily basis throughout most of the Fall and Spring semesters and on a limited basis during the Summer term. It is distributed for free on the Huntington and South Charleston campuses. The Parthenon is also published online.
